Ripstop canvas
Woven canvas with a reinforcing grid that stops tears from spreading. The workhorse fabric for tents, bags, and outdoor gear that gets used hard.
PVC tarpaulin
Coated, fully waterproof material for tarps and covers. We weld PVC seams shut with a high-frequency welder — no needle holes for water to find.
Material: ours or yours.
We can source the material for your runs from our suppliers and build it into the unit price — or you can supply your own. Either works.

Cuts every part straight from your CAD file. 1.8 m wide, any length. No chalk lines, no scissors.
Industrial sewing machines
Heavy-duty machines built for canvas, webbing and layered seams that home machines can't touch.
High-frequency PVC welder
Fuses PVC seams into one piece of material. Stronger than stitching, and fully waterproof.
Eyelet press & hardware
Eyelets, zips, buckles, webbing and reinforcements — all fitted in-house, on every unit.

A contract manufacturer has one job: make the hundredth unit exactly like the first. That's why nothing here is cut by hand. Your pattern lives in a CAD file, the CNC machine cuts it identically every time, and assembly follows the same sequence on every run.
