Five steps. No surprises. Here's exactly what happens when you bring us a product.

Enquiry
Tell us what the product is, how many you need per run, and how often you'll reorder. The quote form asks exactly these questions.

Spec review
We look at your design and materials and confirm two things: that we can build it well, and that it's genuine repeat production work. If it isn't, we say so straight away.

Quote
You get two numbers, separately: a once-off development cost, and a unit price for production runs — plus the price of your first order.

Development
We turn your design into a production-ready CAD pattern. Each iteration is built from scratch off the updated drawing until the pattern is right. You approve the final sample before anything goes into production.

Production
Your first order goes into the schedule. From then on, runs repeat — 14–21 working days each, depending on order size and product.
Why development costs more than a once-off build
This is the part most people haven't heard before. It's worth two minutes.
Building one item
A once-off builder can chop and change as they go. Pin it, trim it, re-stitch it until it looks right. The item on the table is the product. That works — for one item.
Developing for production
In production, the CAD pattern is the product. When something needs to change, we change the drawing — then build the whole piece again from scratch to test it. Sometimes several times, until the pattern is perfect.
Slower up front. Cheaper forever after.
Development takes longer and costs more than building a single item — that's the price of a perfect pattern, and it's carried by you as the product owner. But once the pattern is right, everything flips: cutting is automatic, assembly is routine, and every unit after that is faster, cheaper, and identical.
