Trampoline repairs for contractors.
You're already at the client's property and the trampoline is dead. Send us the measurements off your phone, collect the new parts, refit them in half an hour, and hand your client a working trampoline. Your name on the favour.
What we take off your hands
- New jumping mats sewn from your measurements, webbing and triangles included
- Enclosure nets to frame size, pole count and pole height
- Spring padding sized to the frame and springs
- Galvanised springs supplied, 85 mm to 260 mm hook to hook
- Any brand, round, rectangular or in-ground
No trampoline knowledge needed.
The measuring guide below is the whole job: a few numbers and a few photos. If the frame itself is bent, that's steel work; tell the client straight and we'll still sort all the soft parts.

How to measure your trampoline
Measure the frame, not the old mat. Old mats stretch; frames don't lie.
-
Measure the frame (A, or B and C)
Round: one measurement straight across, outside edge to outside edge (A). Rectangular: the short side (B) and the long side (C), both outside to outside. Don't measure the old mat.
-
Count the springs (D)
Every spring position counts, including any with missing springs.
-
Measure one spring, hook to hook (F)
Take a spring off the trampoline and measure it unstretched, from the tip of one hook to the tip of the other. Common sizes run from 85 mm to 260 mm.
Ordering a net or padding too?
For an enclosure net, add the number of poles and the height from the mat to the top of a pole (E in the diagram above). For spring padding, add the spring length you measured in step 3; the padding must cover it.

Common questions
What must I measure on site?
Three numbers while you're there: frame size (round: diameter twice at right angles; rectangles: both sides), spring count, and one spring's unstretched length hook-to-hook. Photos of a broken spring and the frame joints help.
Any brand?
Any brand, including the old South African makes that imported parts never fit. We make the mat to your measurements and match V-rings to the spring count.
How fast can my client bounce again?
Parts are made to order and couriered to you; refitting is half an hour with a spring tool. Quote your client the parts plus your two visits and keep the margin.
